Introduction:
On 30th September, we embraked on a fascinating field tripto Kag and Darwaza Villages in Haripur. The primary objective
was to observe and document the rich diversity of plants
in these these rural areas.
Observations :
Kag Village:Nestled in the Haripur region, provided an ideal setting for our plant observation. The landscape was adorned with lush greenery and a variety of plants.
We spotted several fruits-bearing trees such as Paper Mulberry, plum which showcased the regions agriculture significance.
Darwaza Village:Darwaza Village, with it's unique ecosystem, offered a
different set of plant species.
The village is situated near a river, creating a distinctive environment.
The presence of plants like Senegalia Modesta , White willow ,
Indian rosewood, Bush morning glory and many other plants
are photographed and recorded.
Experiences:
The field trip provided an opportunity for hands-on learning,allowing students to apply their botanical knowledge to read
world situations.
We else learned about the challenges faced by these communities,
such as deforestation and changing agriculture practices,
which can impact plant diversity.
Conclusion:
The field trip was an enriching experience. It allowed us towitnessed the remarkable diversity of plants in different setting,
from orchards to riverbanks.
Overall, the field trip was a success and it left a lasting
impression on all participants.
